What You Will Do
Digital & Insights interns and consultants plays an active role on projects, supporting the wider engagement team and clients on a day-to-day basis.
Digital team projects can include quantitative and qualitative research, communications analytics, media monitoring and reporting, KPI setting and measurement, content strategy and creation, rebranding, platform design and development, and paid media and digital media strategy and execution,
Research tasks include reputation and public affairs research, opinion polling, content audits and surveys.
What We Offer You
Digital & Insights projects span a variety of industries including Energy, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Industrials. Our interns and consultants are given exposure to the various sectors and their respective projects. You will also participate in an intensive training program, which include an introduction to FTI’s business, databases and processes as well as sessions focused on the development of practical research, media relations and investor relations skills. The program is designed to introduce entry-level candidates to the inner workings of an international communications firm and to help develop essential written and oral communication skills required for this industry.
FTI Strategic Communications interns and consultants are viewed as key teammates and players in our ability to service clients. Upon starting, you will participate in a training program, which includes an introduction to FTI’s business offerings, as well as more functional training on the technologies and processes we use to service clients each day. We also employ in-house and third-party learning platforms to offer ongoing training sessions to ensure that you continue to build on your analytical, writing and management skills as you continue to grow at FTI.
