What You Will Do
Our interns and consultants play a dynamic role in client engagements, supporting the broader engagement team and the client on a day-to-day basis.
Tasks can range from managing and analyzing structured data, to developing models that help address our clients’ most pressing needs, to supporting the creation and delivery of our solutions. This is a “hands-on” and analytical role, with an expectation that you will learn through both formal training opportunities and on the job from colleagues on your project teams.
As FTI Consulting’s smallest segment, Health Solution’s early talent has the opportunity to interact with senior leaders and gain an understanding of the entire business. You will also get to participate in new business pursuits by supporting the creation of proposals, pitch decks, case studies and other go-to-market activities.
Interns and consultants will have the ability to network within their team, as well as across segments to learn from more experienced team members and develop valuable relationships throughout their time at FTI Consulting.
Training & Mentorship Programs
FTI Consulting’s onboarding and mentorship program consists of an individual coach and orientation advisor. During the 10-week program, the interns are asked to set goals for themselves and actively achieve them. Throughout their time, interns will receive dedicated training related to Microsoft Office Suite and SQL in order to develop critical technical skills that will be used throughout their careers.
