Are you an innovative, collaborative, and highly motivated current sophomore student who has a desire to learn what consulting has to offer? FTI Consulting wants to invest in your future by providing you with the opportunity to attend our IMPACT Summer Leadership Program! FTI Consulting is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB). This program aims to select participants who identify as Black/African American, LatinX, LGBTQ+, APAC, Indigenous, and women.
In late Spring of 2024, FTI Consulting will host a 2-day virtual IMPACT leadership program for selected candidates. The virtual event will include learning more about opportunities that exist within FTI Consulting, networking with business professionals, enhancing professional development skills, and showcasing skills through various activities.
FTI Consulting’s Summer 2024 Leadership Program will take place virtually in the late Spring of 2024. Students must apply and be selected to attend. Selected attendees must be interested in a summer 2025 internship as all attendees will also get priority consideration for Summer 2025 Internships.

FTI Consulting is committed to Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB). This program aims to select participants who identify as women.
FTI Consulting’s Women in Corporate Finance Summer Leadership Program will take place in May 2024. The 2-day in person event will include learning more about our Women’s Initiatives that exist within FTI Consulting, networking with our Women in Leadership roles, enhancing professional development skills, and showcasing skills through various activities. Students must apply and be selected to attend. Selected participants must be interested in a Summer 2025 internship and will receive priority consideration for Summer 2025 roles.
Note: FTI will assist selected participants with travel bookings and cover participant travel expenses incurred.
