What You Will Do
A VFAS intern or consultant will play an active role in supporting the project team’s execution on a day-to-day basis. You will develop Excel-based financial models and analysis, analyze historical and forecasted financial information to assess cash flow trends, and develop enterprise and equity valuation analyses utilizing multiple valuation (i.e., comparable public companies and/or M&A transactions) and intrinsic valuation approaches (i.e., discounted cash flow). Additionally, you will support the project team in business plan development, perform business plan due diligence, and assist in the preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, quantitative exhibits, and other client deliverables.
