FTI Capital Advisors (“FTICA”) , a FINRA licensed broker-dealer, is the dedicated investment banking subsidiary of FTI Consulting, that is established to execute complex transactions in both healthy and distressed situations where industry knowledge, banking expertise, and experience are critical factors to driving enterprise value.
What we do
FTICA is, focused on providing mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic advisory services to middle market companies. Deep experience in complex transactions, coupled with FTI Consulting’s worldwide industry expertise allows FTI Capital Advisors to provide clients with value-enhancing outcomes. FTI Capital Advisors is responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from initial evaluation to diligence, negotiations through closing.

- Sell-Side M&A: FTI Capital Advisors served as a sell-side advisor to React Media, LLC in a robust sale process, highlighting the team’s ability to effectively guide clients through complex transactions and achieve optimal results. The business was successfully sold to Electric Monster Media, Inc.
- Buy-Side M&A: FTI Capital Advisors served as the buy-side advisor to Phoenix Park to identify opportunities to expand into the U.S. natural gas liquids (“NGL”) market and assisted Phoenix Park in presenting an offer to the parent company of Twin Eagle NGLs.
- Capital Raise: FTI Capital Advisors was engaged as the financial advisor to Loaded Games and successfully assisted the client to secure growth capital for M&A initiatives.
- Strategy Advisory: FTICA provides fairness opinion services across a broad range of industries to both public and private companies.
What You Will Do
As a Consultant / Investment Banking Analyst in the Capital Advisors team, you will conduct industry research, perform financial modelling and valuation analysis, and prepare presentation materials, including deal Teasers and CIMs. Additionally, you will research potentials buyers/targets/investors and provide recommendations on potential transactions for clients. You will also manage investor due diligence and support SMD/MDs in transaction negotiations.
